Sorting songs by track number on iTunes

Halló,

Recently I bought the official Eurovision 2023 album from iTunes and decided to change some details according to my older archive after the results.

However this particular song stays on top even though I gave it number 28 and edited multiple times.

It also appears that way on multiple devices which I have access to.

I used both iTunes' metadata editor and Mp3tag. Is there a possible solution for this issue?

Is there any possibility that there may be a blank or non-printing character before the 28? Also make sure all the other fields, such as compilations, are the same as the other songs.
