Apple Hacked - Twice in a Week

Help! I obviously need an apple account to pay for iCloud storage and other important apps. But with in a 7 day period I got my first hacked fraud attempt with Apple Pay as an Instacart purchase the the following happened!!

1st: Get notified from my bank if I made two transactions (both $99.00 for instacart)

2nd: I confirm with my bank that I didn’t make these purchases and they cancelled my ATM card

3rd: They then inform me that they have updated my Apple Pay so that I can still make debit purchases with the new card while it’s on its way

4th: Before I even get my new atm card, I get another warning that that card had fraud on it again! They then cancelled this card that hasn’t even been delivered and this time they didn’t update the Apple Pay and I therefore toggled off Apple Pay for all my subscriptions

5th: what do I do now? I have to pay some purchases made before the second Apple Pay fraud attacked happened and need to pay so I don’t have a bad account with Apple… it’s frustrating because I need to still use apply pay and can’t since now I feel it’s all hacked and everytime a new ATM card account needs to be added that it will be hacked again…

please excuse any typos/grammar… just really frustrated and hope someone understands me :)!
