Export Full HDR Version of Photo from iPhone

There's an option in Settings -> Photos ->"View Full HDR". With this setting turned on I see a beautiful version of the picture in the Photos app, but when I upload it to Google photos or any other app on the PC, it is much flatter and not as luminous and no amount of Photoshopping can recapture the Photos display on the iPhone.

Is there a way to export the "Full HDR" version to an outside app?

Hello Need_Better_Mail_App,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

Certain iPhone displays and cameras can support capturing and displaying HDR images. You can find more information online here: Adjust HDR camera settings on iPhone

When using a third party device or software, you should contact the manufacture for information about any HDR settings that are supported.

Please reply back if you would like more help.

Cheers!
