HDR in Photos APP

I choose to turn ON "view full HDR" in Photos APP, in settings. how to save or sent the image like it is shown in the app PHOTOS?

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16

The "view full HDR" option is only modifying the display settings, but not modifying the photo. So there is nothing to save.

Have you set the Camera.app to take photos with "HDR Automatic", if the option is still available on your iPhone? The latest iPhone models are automatically taken the photos as HDR photos, if the conditions are suitable for HDR. So share the photo as it is and hope the displays of the recepient's devices are able to show HDR photos.
