Is there an option to make preferences factory reset on macOS ?
Meaning, ONLY preferences factory reset like in an iPhone iOS.
Thanks.

There is an " Erase All Content and Setting " within the System Setting >> General >> Transfer or Reset
Understand before doing this.
The version of Ventura presently installed will not be removed.
It will Remove the User Account and ALL associated Setting, ALL Personal Files and any Third Party Applications

Follow on.
Is this just an inquiry or is there a possible reading to perform this action ?
If there is a Software issue related to some piece of Third Party Software, if you describe the issue we maybe able to work through the issue before Erasing all Content and Setting
Thanks very much indeed for your replies.
I had an iPhone issue that after preferences factory reset fix the problem and now the iPhone
is working better then ever !!
So I thought that an iMac preferences "refresh" will do me good as well.
In the end , After your reply I will do nothing.
It’s regards more on the macOS , not the Apps
Most of those are in /Library/Preferences. some thought, like those in the System Configuration folder, will not be created with the original settings, but empty plists.
those are the ones it’ll be a whole Lotta fun to re-create.
You can delete all of the preferences. When you start the app, they will be recreated. I have no idea how much fun that will be.

Is there anything that I can do?
You are Welcome and Thank you too
