Final Cut Pro keeps crashing on start up.

Basically as the title states, Final Cut opens for a few seconds before crashing and displaying the error message below. I've tried all the recommendations I've found on here; holding command and option on start-up and clearing the preferences, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, creating another admin account on my Mac and trying to open it on that. Nothing has worked and it still crashes. I know its a big program for a 2018 Macbook Air to handle, is it just a case of my laptop not being good enough anymore? It used to work, but I did all my projects in 720p so as to not overwork my laptop. TBH I don't use it often and iMovie will probably work for my needs, but I did pay for the program so it would be nice to use it if possible. Anyway here is the error message, I've cut out some bits to stay within the character limit. Thanks for any advice.

Your mac can certainly work with FCP. In fact, any mac from the past decade can work with FCP.

There is clearly a problem, but we do not have enough information so as to try and figure out what it is.

My suspicion is that there may be a software issue. All macs are different in that there is many different software combinations, including many third party software modifications.
