Can't Share my location

I got a new phone a while ago, and I cannot share my location with anyone ever since. However, my friend still has my location from when I shared it with her on my old phone. Her phone shows my old phone number but is not connected to my contact. I am trying to figure out how to connect it to my phone number again and be able to share my location. When I go to location settings or if I try to share with someone, everything is grayed out so I don't even have the choice to share or turn it on/off. Let me know if y'all know how I can fix this!
