Apple Card transactions still not showing in Wallet app after a month of using the card
I’ve had the Apple Card for over a month now and my transactions still aren’t showing up in the Wallet app. I have gone through a high level of Apple Customer Service and they closed the ticket without being able to figure it out. I have tried every reboot, clean iOS install, removing/re-adding the card, updating settings, etc. several times with no success. I am blindly paying a balance that I cannot confirm is legitimate or not, which is messed up. Only one transaction is showing and that is the very first transaction I made with the card at Panera Bread over a month ago, and it still shows as a “Pending” transaction.
What on Earth is happening here? I regret switching from Amex Platinum. It’s definitely Bush League at Apple compared to American Express in my experience with the card and Customer Service.
