f-vault - can't delete trash

Does anyone use F-vault on their Mac? It's a third party app that has its own trash. When I delete a file it goes to the trash on f-vault and stays there. I have tried everything to delete it from trash and I can't meanwhile my laptop is almost full because I cannot empty the trash on f-vault.
