How do I get to someone that can address a stoled Apple ID- Someone that can actually do something?

I had my Apple ID stolen and a recovery key initiated by the criminal. Now, it seems apple can't do anything. As I type this the criminal is using my passcode to attempt to log into sites, and steal money.

How can I get some serious help on this? and the apple "policy" doesn't help.

I need someone with common sense...

I deal wiht it by not letting others see me enter my passcode, and by not using my phone near others who could snatch it out of my hands while I am logged in. I have it set to sleep after 1 minute of being idle.

Yeah...it seems hopeless. What bothers me the most is the reply. There seems to be nothing anyone can do to help as hackers try to log into account by account that is attached to my phone. I wish there was some level we could escalate this to to prove I am the owner of the ID, or better yet, prove the hackers are not the owner of the ID.

I can do both.....anyone know of a group I could get to that might care?
