Hourly reminders
I’m trying to set up hourly reminders on my iPhone 12 Pro Max but I don’t get the option for hourly even when I toggle the time switch and put a date… does anyone know how to add hourly reminders?

Even I couldn't find any "option" in the reminder details to set on an hourly basis. However, command Siri to set you an hourly reminder and it works, although we don't see an "Hourly" repeat option while setting reminders ourselves. Command Siri "Hey Siri! Set me an hourly reminder to Wash Hands", and viola! It will set you an hourly reminder titled "Wash Hands". You can then edit the "Wash Hands" reminder to whatever you like.
