How can I set an hourly reminder on my iPhone?

Whether or not you see the option for an hourly reminder depends on the account you have your reminders synced to. If I make a reminder that’s associated with my iCloud account, I can set an hourly reminder. However, if I try to make one with my work (Exchange) account, I don’t have that option.

Do you have a specific time set to be reminded about something?

In the Reminders app, you should be able to tap the info button to the right of an existing reminder and then Repeat. From there, you will see options to repeat hourly.

If you don't, we'd advise contacting Apple directly to potentially screen share and take a closer look.
