Itunes and App Store Disabled

Whenever I try to download or update an app it always says this message (Itunes And App Store Disabled). I've had this problem for so long now and I thought it was time to fix it!


Any Advice and Help is much appreciated,

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
