App Store says it and iTunes is disabled

Hello ~ Go ahead an contact support as this is Apple’s way to let you know that there may be an issue with your account.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Contact through link or by going to lower left and click on Support or:

Contact Apple for support and service

To fix this, you must do as explained in the link above your post … and I have copied here.

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help. 

The reason you must contact Apple directly is because this is a user to user forum. We do not have access to your records.
