iMovie storyboard adjust photo and movie to fit the screen

I used a storyboard and then added photos and film in the storyboard.

it automatically zoomed in. I want my picture to be zoomed out. Can someone help me?

the video I added is cropped at the top.

when I use make a movie I can easily adjust the size but with the storyboard I can not find the option.

can someone help me?
