MacOS Microphone Access Issue- App is not shown under microphone to grant permission in the system preferences

Microphone Access issue - cannot grant permission to the microphone because the app doesn't get listed under microphone

This issue is faced by most of the Ventura OS users, we have handled it using AVCaptureDevice API, Can someone tell what might be the possible reason for not getting the app listed under microphone to grant permission.
