Adding allowing microphone input for a specific app (MacBookPro)

I see that I can allow specific apps to access my microphone. However, I don't see the specific web app I'm using in the list under System Preferences/Security & Privacy/Microphone and I don't see how to add an app to the list.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6

If it's a web app, then it's a browser dependent setting.

Check the websites list in Safari -> Preferences -> Websites -> Microphone.
