Apple Music Replay inaccurate 2023

My Apple Music replay says it’s tracking my streams but it is not doing so accurately. Some songs that I NEVER play are in my top five but others that i’ve played several HUNDRED times only show some streams. My mom pays for my Apple Music through family sharing. Is this a part of the problem? Again, it’s showing some streams but not all. There’s a song I know I played at least thirty times this week and it only updated with three more streams for the entire week.

use listening history is on already.

fun story - my replay this year states that i streamed a Japanese album from 1993 by the band UP-BEAT (called Pleasure Pleasure in case you wanna look it up) 3,299 times. I have never heard of this artist, let alone streamed their music before. The album is 52 minutes long, so adjusting for waking hours (versus sleeping), reply is claiming that i listened to this album for the equivalent of 168 full days. That is 46% of my whole year doing nothing but streaming this album in a language i do not speak from an artist I’ve never heard of. (Also, it’s actually kinda good if you like an INXS vibe. Not the point.) What an absolute joke, Apple Music.

I know for a fact that Replay '23 is incorrect because of several reasons:

  1. I go to bed listening to the same track every night to help me sleep. That track should get 365 plays (at least because it's part of the playlist in point #4 below), but instead, something else is listed as my "most listened" at 90.
  2. Replay '23 says I listened to "La La Land" 90 times and it's my #1 listened to album. I listened to the whole album (beginning to end) TWICE. That's it.
  3. There are three other albums in my #2, #3, and #4 spot which don't come close to the numbers it says I listened to it.
  4. This summer I started listening to a playlist on repeat for coding. It's made up of three albums by the same artist. I listened to it for months (still do, and listening to it now). Those albums don't come up *AT ALL*. The play count on the first track of the first album in the playlist is 415, yet Replay '23 says that La La Land is #1 at 90.
  5. The London Philharmonic Orchestra is listed as my #3 top artist. How in the world? I listened to two tracks from them earlier in the year. 1667 minutes? Not possible. EDIT: I found why. It's because the soundtrack to "Tron" is (I guess) split between LPO and Wendy Carlos. It should just be Wendy Carlos.
  6. My #2 and #3 coding playlists (albums from two different artists) aren't even listed as "top artists" or "top albums". I see the play count from those playlists and they should be through the roof.

I know my music habits like the back of my hand. I was actually looking forward to Replay this year to see what my stats are, and it's not even close to being realistic.

As I stated previously, “use listening history” is on. I’m signed in with the correct information, trust me. Everything is right. However it’s not updating. And if it does it adds maybe a handful of streams even though it should be updating by hundreds. I also don’t repeat songs because I know they won’t count as streams. I’ve done everything right

The link that was sent to my sister and my self is completely wrong. It’s all music of vans. I don’t even listen to. And now it’s linked to my account so when I try to click on replay, it takes me to there. I signed out and created a new password. But I’m not getting any of my stats. It did finally show me the playlist of my replay and that’s completely correct but when I click on the link to show me the replay with all the stats and look to see how many hours it’s all different music that I don’t listen to. My sister’s is the same way and her actual replay playlist is not even showing up.
