Has anyone noticed two screen flashes during booting up since the OS update to ventura 13.3.1 ?

This frequently happens during updates. Apple can update the graphics driver, which actually causes blinks, sometimes resolution changes, and sometimes audio setting changes. If the final resolution of the display is desired, then this blink should be of no cause for concern.
