after I updated to Ventura 13.3.1 when I turn on my laptop and put in password when it goes to the home screen the screen goes black for maybe 2-3 seconds then goes back to normal on Macbook Pro 16 M1 Pro.

There are a few threads about this. It seems a minor glitch that can be avoided if you set the display refresh rate to 60Hz. It may already have been fixed by the next update.
