I cannot figure out how to use a Sandmarc telephoto 58mm lens on my IPhone without seeing the back of the lense?? I have scoured all through numerous Sandmarc videos but this problem hasn’t been addressed. I wondered if I have to adjust something in my phone settings.

Turn off the macro setting on the iPhone camera. I couldn’t get the new telephoto (6x) to work but I was listening to a You Tube video and it said to do it. Now all my Sandmarc lenses work. I don’t even need the any of the suggested camera apps either.

You need to use a third party camera app such as Lightroom by adobe. That way you manually select which camera to use. The Sandmarc telephoto lens does not work with the 14 pro 3x optical lens with the native camera app.
Contact whoever makes the lens.
