iPhone 12 Pro lost ultra wide lens after 16.0 update

Is there a fix to get the ultra wide 0.5x (13mm) lens setting back in camera ”photo” mode on my iPhone 12Pro? Interestingly I still get the 0.5x option in “slo-mo” and “pano” but not in other modes. I lost the option in photo after the iOS 16.0 upgrade I installed about a year ago. Now running 16.3.1 and it still doesn’t work. Please help.
