Shortcut app doesn’t appear, even in suggestions
Shortcut app doesn’t appear in suggestions when I attempt to find it to share to…. And it most definitely did about a year ago. What changed? Is there a fix?

Is it possible that you deleted the Shortcuts app sometime in the past by mistake? You are able to delete some of the built-in apps on your iOS device by following the steps here: Delete built-in Apple apps from your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch - Apple Support. If you deleted that app, however, the same page above will give you the steps to restore the app which are as follows:
Restore a built-in app that you deleted
1. On your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch, go to the App Store.
2. Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app.
3. Tap the Redownload button.
4. Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home Screen.
If you have Apple Watch, restoring an app to your iPhone also restores that app to your Apple Watch.
We would recommend starting there and seeing if this resolves the issue.
