Health App missing info

Why doesn’t the Health app show the “Percent in Range” in the “Blood Glucose” section even though there is data in app spanning five months? When l tap on any of the categories in that section, for example “In Range”, the plotted data points section goes blank and changes the title to “No Data”. When I deselect, the graph title goes back to “Range” and below shows “71-345 mg/dL” in my particular case. Seems like an app defect. Tried to select the correct topic but looks like Apple only wants to discuss certain ios apps, not all of them, so I chose using iPhone as nothing else made sense.

I'm having the same issue. You'd think that with enough data it would tell the range, especially when you tap "Learn More" it says that the ..."target glucose range is 70-180 mg/dl for most adults with diabetes. Percent in Range shows the amount of measurements that fall in or out of this range."

So I'm also wondering why this is blank and where to get the information on fixing that problem.

First, I know it’s a user-to-user public discussion board, that’s why I’m here. Secondly, it’s the Apple Health app, not a third party app or issue. What I was asking, if it’s not clear, is why isn’t the app showing what it’s designed to do? Also, curious to know if other users are having a similar experience and maybe gain insight to some way of getting the Apple Health app to display information it’s designed to display, but doesn’t. Lastly, I was commenting on the ham-fisted way topic selection is extremely limited although there should likely (obviously?) be more items selectable under “ios Apps” since there are more than five Apple developed apps that users can have questions on.
