The search function in the health app does not produce any results. I get “no results for….” It doesn’t matter what I search for, even using exact terms like “heart rate”, “steps” etc yields nothing - despite there being sections and data in health for these.
I believe the problem originally started back in iOS15 but had persisted until today. I’m on iOS 16.4.1 with an iPhone 11 Pro.

Temporarily change the language on your device
This seems like a weird one, but it has proven to be an effective solution for a lot of people with this problem. Temporarily change the language on your iPhone or iPad, then change it back again.
To do this, go to Settings > General > Language & Region. If your language is set to English, change it to a different English-speaking region such as Australia, Canada, or the UK.
After you change the language, swipe up from the bottom of the screen or double-click the Home button and close the Settings app. Then change the language back to normal.

I am having the same issue on iPhone 14 Pro. It’s been a few weeks. I’ve been trying every solution I can google, still no resolution.
