AirPods Pro 2 Microphone Not Working

The right microphone of my AirPods Pro 2 worked for months until people started complaining they could not hear me on calls. I'm able to use voice recorder to very easily reproduce the effect swapping my left and right Airpods in and out. I sound extremely muffled/faint with the right and clear on the left. I've brought them to my local AppleStore and they were tested twice and they passed. I sent them in for repair and they also passed. There is clearly something wrong with the right AirPod. They have been cleaned, updated, reset, etc per the Apple recommendations

The repair card that was returned to me lists the test results: mechanical components, Bluetooth pair/unpair, left and right channels produce sounds, sound quality without distortion, battery check, etc. It does NOT list the microphone quality as a test. Not sure if that is even a test they run?

I'm not sure what else I can do besides trying to buy an out of warranty replacement single right AirPod (they are under warranty). Anyone else experienced a single AirPod 2 microphone failure like this?
