starz not woking

We have a subscription to Starz through Apple. We are accessing Starz through Apple TV, not through the app. All of a sudden, when we try to play anything within Starz I get the following error, “This video isn’t available to watch in the country or region you’re currently in.” We watched yesterday and this past weekend without issues, but now won’t work. We restarted our Apple TV multiple times and unplugged it multiple times. We changed from Wi-Fi to Ethernet but that didn’t work ether. Anything else I should try?

Try signing out of your account on the Apple TV box for the Store, then sign in again.

If you have multiple accounts on your Apple TV box, then switch to the user that has this subscription.
