Podcast shows unfollows on it's own

I have shows that I follow that show up as unfollowed and it's irritating! I have had to write down the names of the shows I follow (and take pictures) just to make sure that I don't miss my podcasts! I know I am a little behind and have podcasts from earlier this year and over 50 to listen to still but I have never had this issue before. UGH!!!
