HEVC Codec Does Not Work With Premiere Pro

Apple needs to make a codec for Premiere Pro to accommodate the HEVC codec, until then I have not found a converter to convert the file. iMazing has one, the iMazing Converter for HEVC, but it does not work. The color it converts to is all wrong.

I get UGC videos from customers who are using the HEVC codec on their iPhones but I dont have any way to have them change their iPhone camera format from HIGH EFFICIENCY to MOST COMPATIBLE.

Has anyone found a solution to convert the file?
