My AirPods Pro 2 engraving not showing on iPhone screen

Dear Apple Support, 

I recently purchased the AirPods Pro 2 with the option to have custom engraving. While I am satisfied with the overall quality and functionality of the AirPods, I am disappointed to note that the engraving does not show up on my iPhone screen when I connect the AirPods to my device.  I chose to have the engraving done to add a personal touch to my purchase and was excited to see it every time I connected my AirPods. However, it is disappointing that the engraving is not visible when connecting to my iPhone.  I would appreciate it if Apple could provide a solution to this issue, whether it is a software update or replacement of the AirPods.  Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

NO Its not working. Apple support also not able to fix this issue.

Hey KingJaiG,


What you'll want to do is delete your AirPods from your iPhone and pair them again. To do this go into Settings >> Bluetooth >> Click on the (i) icon next to your AirPods >> Scroll down to "Forget Device" >> Then Hold down the back button of your AirPods until the White light flashes and bring them next to your iPhone. This should fix the issue. If it doesn't, try it again, and if it still doesn't fix the issue you may want to contact Apple Support.
