Peacock app stopped working on Apple Tv

Hi. Peacock app could not open/load on Apple Tv. It just stopped working. Has tried rebooting devices, delete and reinstall app, restart and reset Apple Tv. Feels like have tried everything! The app works on mobile, yet also unable to Airplay to Tv.

Can anyone help ? Thank you

I’m having the same issue. Joining thread to bump this message and hopefully resolve the issue.. Software is up to date. Preview of show plays but, but when you go to stream in its entirety, there is audio but no video.

It sounds like you're having trouble running an app on your Apple TV. We can help.


First, let's make sure you are on the current version of tvOS. The current version is tvOS 16.4.1. If you are on a previous version, you can follow these steps to Update your Apple TV:


Update your Apple TV manually
1. Go to Settings > System > Software Updates and select Update Software.
2. If there's an update, select Download and Install. 
3. Wait for your Apple TV to download the update. Keep your Apple TV connected and plugged in to power until the update is complete.
After the update downloads, your Apple TV will restart, prepare the update, then install it. When the update is complete, your Apple TV will automatically restart again.


Give that a try, and see if there is any change afterward.
