I am trying to move my e-sim from one iphone to another, but I have a message, "the sim in your old iphone does not support esim transfer"

if your carrier wish to continue having you as a customer then it must be done

then call them or change to another carrier they are the only ones with the power to resolve your issue
This is a user forum, you are not addressing apple here just fellow users
and even official apple support would not be able to resolve your carrier issues
You may not have to visit the carrier’s office personally. You may be able to get the eSIM activated by calling your carrier and getting it setup on your iPhone by following their instructions. Give them a call.

You must contact your carrier to complete the eSIM and the cellular transfer to your new iPhone.
