iPhone 13 Instagram Story Repost blurry

Hi, I recently just switched from a Samsung to an iPhone 13. I just tried to repost an instagram story I was tagged in and it made the quality horrendous. I went and tried to do it on my old Samsung and it reposted it normally so it is clearly to do with the IPhone. I’ve changed all the settings in instagram making it high quality upload etc and deleted and reinstalled the app etc and nothing fixes it. This is super frustrating that my old Samsung is so much better than the expensive new iPhone in this regard.
