BoldVoice app double charge via Apple/App Store

This APP called Boldvoice double-charges people by confusing us. I started a 7 day trial with the annul subscription at $149 through Apple. I think it's too expensive and tried to cancel it. The APP offered a better price at $99 and took me to their website. I accepted the offer and paid the $99 on their website without realizing I was taken to the website access!!! Two days later I was charged by apple the $149.


I saw the same thing here happened to someone in October 2024. Now 5 months has passed and no one has resolved the issue. Has Apple or the developer ever made any attempt to resolve the issue, or they just decide to keep taking advantage of it?


I have not heard back from support@boldvoice.com and there seems to be no phone number I could call. How can I contact APPLE regarding this?

Did you get the refund yet? It happened to me today as well.
