Upgrading from Apple One Family to Premier

Hi, I've been using and sharing the Family subscription with no problems for a while now and wanted to upgrade to Premier for the extra services. I have followed the upgrade steps on both my iPhone and MacBook but it's not successful.


On my iPhone in Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions I can choose the Premier option and it takes my to my banking app to verify it's me but the process doesn't return to the Settings app to confirm the purchase. No money is taken from my bank account.


On my MacBook, I go into the App Store, view my account information and manage my subscription. Here I select Premier, click Done and it just goes back to the Subscription page with no update, no request for payment confirmation or any other feedback.


I have repeated both methods several times, logged out, restarted both iPhone and MacBook to no avail. Am I missing something here?

Ok, sorry, figured this out. My MacBook is older so didn't have the minimum required version of MacOS installed. On my iPhone I didn't spot that as each step to a new app had the option to go back to the previous app in the top left of the screen. So once I approved the purchase in the banking app, I could go back to the authorisation page to press 'Continue', then back to Settings to complete the transaction. All done and all upgraded. This may help others with a similar issue.
