Upgrade to Apple One

I'm already paying for Apple Music and TV+ and I want to upgrade to the Apple One family plan. However, I’ve already paid separately for a year of Music and TV (and they don’t renew at the same time). Do I just lose the balance of the money spent when I upgrade or is there some kind of prorated credit applied to the new subscription? There’s nothing about this on Apple's help/FAQ pages.

Hello assortedstuff,

Thanks for asking the Apple Support Communities about Apple One. This answer is mentioned here: Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support

"After your free trial, services that you previously subscribed to will be included in Apple One automatically. If you recently cancelled a service, you may not be eligible for the free trial. Your plan will renew automatically after the trial."

As they cancel, they will be added to the new Apple One subscription, it's all prorated. If you want an exact answer on how it's done or the easiest date to do it, only the billing team can answer this as they are the only ones with access to your account and subscriptions.

Please contact them here: iTunes Store: Apple Support

Thanks.
