Getting rid of fake alerts

I keep getting an alert, complete with the Systems Settings wheel icon,

saying, "Your McAfee has expired. Click here to renew." It keeps

coming back. How do I get rid of it?

Launch Safari app.

Click Safari > Preferences > Websites tab.

Find and select Notifications in the left pane and then find the McAfee site on the right and delete it.
