Why my laptop does not show the macOS Ventura update?

Ventura not compatible with MacBook Pro Ventura is not compatible with my MacBook Pro, so does this mean my MacBook will never be updated again? already have apps looking for updates but require OS 13.0 or newer. I have no issues and don't want to upgrade but don't want outdated software.

Ventura requires a 2018 or later MBA.

That model will not update to Ventura. Here is the list:
