Problem connecting CPU and peripherals

Since i bought my iPad, that was like october 2022, my iPad crashed like 10 times and i never got any help to solve this problem. I wouldn't care if i don't needed it often but i need it in school every day and if i'm writing something on it and it crashes that's not what i want.

2 weeks ago i called the apple support but i didn't really get any help. They made a remote check and said that everything is ok, but it isn't.

So now i downloaded 3uTools to analyze the crash by myself.

This app says:

Crash reason: Problem connecting CPU and peripherals

Crash code: Panic CPU x caller

Suggestions: You can check them in repair stores or replace related accesories.

So my question, should i visit the Apple Store, or has anyone a simple solution for that. And that it's said, i don't wanna restore my iPad to factory settings and set it up a second time.

When other options to resolve an issue have been exhausted, one of the few remaining steps to clear a problem may be restoring the device to factory settings. This step not only clears all data and settings, but also installs a fresh copy of iPadOS System Software. Any software corruptions are cleared by this process.

A factory restore isn’t as onerous as you might otherwise believe.

If you have a current iCloud or iTunes backup (this always being recommended - as in the event of loss, theft or catastrophic failure, this will provide a high degree of protection from data loss), you can easily restore your data from your backup after performing the factory restore.

Start by ensuring that you have a current iCloud or iTunes backup of your iPad:

When you are ready to proceed with the factory restore, follow this process:

At the end of the process, you’ll have opportunity to restore your data and settings from your iCloud or iTunes backup.
