I need to scan the sensor Freestyle Libre with my I phone 12. I downloaded the FreestyleLibre app.
however I get a message that the sensor is not compatible with the app.
Any helpful advice ?

There are three different versions of the Freestyle Libre app available depending on which model of Freestyle Libre you’re using:
FreeStyle LibreLink - US on the App Store
FreeStyle Libre 2 - US on the App Store
FreeStyle Libre 3 - US on the App Store
If you’re using the correct app for your sensor and your device is on iOS 14.5 or later, reach out to the app developer directly for further assistance regarding the hardware they provide and it's compatibility with its sensors.
