Connecting iPhone to both wifi network and 4G/5G simultaneously

Hi,

I connect my iPhone via wifi to an apple airport express which is connected to my car stereo via optical.

How can I still have my iPhone connected to 5G so that I can stream music from Spotify simultaneously whilst it’s connected to my car stereo wifi network.

I have an iPhone 13 Pro
