Email has been hacked

What can I do if my Mac email has been hacked? I’m receiving 50 emails a minus all responding to an enquiry that I haven’t sent. How do I stop this or shut down my email account?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11

My email sent with Mac.com email is going to recipient's junk mail [started this year] I have been told by several people that they have found my emails in Junk on their system - I have sent them with Mac.com and am a prior sender, some of long standing, but emails are now going to their junk emails. I don't know why this started happening but want it to stop - people shouldn't have to whitelist prior senders and I should have to send a Message to see if the email got thru. Ideas? [sorry for the mischaracterization below = this is with various devices and usually Mojave but might be Monterey]

Help I've had the "Unfortunately, there are some bad news for you” email scam. I've had the above titled email. It was in my spam box. I know it's spam and a scam but it's pretty horrible all the same, especially as they know my full name, know my old address and know that I have moved. Should I be running something like Malwarebytes on my Macbook Air please?

In a Browser login to icloud.com, are your eMails there?
