Troubleshooting Messages Scams:

A. About a Hacked iPhone:

Unfortunately, there is no way to determine if it has been hacked, unless you know that it has been jailbroken. The only way for an iPhone to have hacked is if it has been jailbroken.

B. Consider Resetting to Factory Settings:

If you are so concerned, then reset you iPhone to factory settings, as if you were to sell it. Go here: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Perform as instructed there, including the backup creation and iCloud logout.

Troubleshooting Messages Scams:

A. Block Out Spammers:

Use Malwarebytes Mobile Security. The free version blocks popups. The paid version blocks out known spam numbers. So, consider using it. Read the following post to see how to use this software: Blocked numbers - Apple Community

B. Report Items to Apple:

Take some screenshots of this, and forward it off to AppleUse my User: Using the Photos App to Report Scams - User Tip
