A random photo showed up in my iPhone Photo gallery

I had a random photo turn up on my gallery. It was a screenshot of a text conversation with my name and age in it but it wasn’t taken by me. The contact the conversation was with was not one of my contacts. Has my phone been hacked? I have changed my iCloud password just in case but am concerned by this
