I can't download music on Apple Music Preview

After changing the location of the Media folder, I can't download music and will report error = 5

Apple music library not working Hi, i recently resubscribed to apple music after quite some time. I try to add music to my library such as songs or playlists but it won't add. They appear for some seconds but then they disappear. On my mac i get this error message: Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (18004). On my iPhone i can't really do anything. I also got the message: icloud music library can't sync (or something like that i don't really remember). I have tried every possible solution i found online, such as turning off sync, signing out and back in, uninstalling etc, and nothing helped. I would appreciate any help!

Half of Apple Music Library is greyed out About 3000 songs have been greyed out and can't be played. They have the dashed line cloud symbol next to them (meaning: The song is being matched, but the process hasn’t been completed yet.) File>Library>Update iCloud Music Library doesn't fix the problem The songs are playable from Browse (the songs are shown as added to library), and if I delete them and re-add them they are playable from Library, so it's not a licensing issue. This is happening with both iTunes on PC and Apple Music app on Android How can I fix this without spending hours deleting and re-adding the songs?

There's no Music Videos in Apple Music for Mac There's no Music Videos section in Apple Music app for Mac. Moreover, the downloaded video from my iDevices are shown in the Music Videos tab on the left, and they can be played. But when switching to the artist from these music videos, an error occurs (shown below). Trying opening music video page from Apple Music web app in native Mac App leads to the same problem. I suppose, there can be some bugs in my app assembly

Apple does not recommend that you change were the Music folder (or folders inside it), as it can affect the results on how some of your information may appear or function. You can see this information and more here: Change where your music files are stored on Mac - Apple Support

By default, your music is stored here:

Home/Music/

You can change where your music files are stored.

Important: For best results, don’t change the location of the Music folder or the folders inside it.
