There's no Music Videos in Apple Music for Mac

There's no Music Videos section in Apple Music app for Mac. Moreover, the downloaded video from my iDevices are shown in the Music Videos tab on the left, and they can be played. But when switching to the artist from these music videos, an error occurs (shown below). Trying opening music video page from Apple Music web app in native Mac App leads to the same problem. I suppose, there can be some bugs in my app assembly

it does appear you are missing this section

I took a screenshot of the area between albums and playlists specifically to show the absence of this section.

Are you able to choose Browse, then scroll to the bottom where it says more to explore?

This is what happens when I try to open this section in Browse tab (nothing)

Have you had any other problems with your Apple Music Subscription?

No, I have no problem with my subscription. Moreover I can browse music videos both on my iPhone and iPad. My Mac can also play downloaded music videos from Music Videos tab on the left.

Unfortunately, this is an ongoing issue.

Also, it could be a server issue on Apple's end even though I am able to view them from my region

It's unlikely given that it works on my iPhone and iPad.

If this has been an ongoing issue, then the network port used for Music Videos may be getting blocked. Do you have any Anti-Virus software installed?

I have no anti-virus or firewall installed. Even native Mac firewall is turned off. But you still have a point. Maybe, network port is indeed blocked. And maybe, I can somehow control it.

But it also looks like a part of Apple Music app is damaged. I can try deleting it manually after turning off system integrity check. Then the app would be re-installed automatically with the next system update. But I wouldn't like to use such methods if there's a regular solution to the issue

There's nothing special about this report except for AdGuard daemons. Turning AdGuard off doesn't help. According to the speed of report generation, this tool doesn't check integrity of all system files. Maybe, there're some access permissions needed. I often faced similar problems. And some of them remained even after reinstalling MacOS. But they usually disappear after a few updates

Also when using Search and you type in an artist or song, there is usually a Music Video section for that particular Artist or Song. Have you had any other problems with your Apple Music Subscription?

I did search Billie Eilish to see if it matched your screen and I do have the Music Video section between the Album and Artists Playlist, so it does appear you are missing this section.

I would try restarting your router along with the Mac and try again. Since the Music Videos in the sidebar is only for downloaded videos, it appears that they are not getting to you on the network. If the problem just started happening then a router restart may reset things.

Download and run EtreCheck, and then share the report to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here, press the Additional Text button that looks like a printed page to get a text input box big enough to paste the hardware and software configuration report here, and paste and post that report here.

I totally agree with MrHoffman on updating the OS as well as removing AdGuard, VPN including the HideMe app, Lantern, and AltServer. In addition to those, I would remove the CloudFare login item, as all of these have an effect on your network connection, especially since your iPad/iPhone don't have the problem and these system extensions cannot be installed on the iOS device, As stated before, I still think it is a network port being blocked that is causing the problem.

Have you tried booting in Safe Mode to see if the problem persists without loading extensions?

You could also follow up with another EtreCheck report after that above software was uninstalled. AdGuard and VPN software will both install low level kernel extension that can cause a conflict. Sometimes the uninstaller will not remove all of the files.

While hardware could be a possibility, it seems unlikely that the issue would only be that the Music Videos would not be showing in Apple Music without any other problems.
