I have an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 16.4.1. I have updated ALL my apps, but for some reason there is only 1 app listed under Settings > Face ID & Passwords > Other Apps? I do not know at what point all the other apps under "other apps" disappeared but I cannot seem to get them back? Where did they go? Was this from an iPhone update? PLEASE help me figure out how to get them back cause it is VERY annoying. Thanks in advance.

It is possible any missing apps might need to be updated to align with the new iOS 16.4.1. Check the App Store for updates, and if necessary contact the developers of the problem apps for additional support.
It is also possible (but seems less likely) you might simply need to reset and reactivate the Face ID function within each of the apps.
