I have my South African number and my US number installed in a dual sim IPhone , but my What’s App does not work?

My default cellular data and voice is set to my USA eSIM, however, many of the apps must be using the Irish SIM - e.g. when I open Google calendar and there's a google meet, it shows me the Irish dial in number. Switch between two platforms in the same iPhone with eSIM and SIM card I want to use my current SIM card (personal number) in my new iPhone (work phone) that has eSIM but I need to now what happened with my apps (personal phone) when I put the SIM card as a secondary number; ¿I need install the apps twice? or I can switch between the two numbers for access my personal apps in my personal number? I was trying to find out topics about this condition but couldn’t, seems interesting nobody have this needs 💆🏻
