Switch between two platforms in the same iPhone with eSIM and SIM card

I want to use my current SIM card (personal number) in my new iPhone (work phone) that has eSIM but I need to now what happened with my apps (personal phone) when I put the SIM card as a secondary number; ¿I need install the apps twice? or I can switch between the two numbers for access my personal apps in my personal number?

I was trying to find out topics about this condition but couldn’t, seems interesting nobody have this needs 💆🏻

To use two different network providers, your iPhone must be unlocked. Otherwise, both plans must be from the same provider. If a CDMA network provides your first SIM, your second SIM won't support CDMA. Contact your network provider for more information. 


If you have an enterprise or corporate data service plan, check with your company administrator to see if they support this feature.
