Heating issue with new MacBook Air M2 chip

Heating issue in my new Mac . I have never seen such issue arise . The Mac heats up even when I am just reading a pdf and to such an extent , it feels like it could explode any possible minute

I don't know why such issues arising with my new Mac which I purchased in September and it's just eight months that I have been using it and I was not expecting such thing with Apple and its laptops
